How to Open REI Account (Process)

Login to RDA Portal

Login to your Roshan Digital Bank account portal via internet banking or Web Portal provided by your bank.

Consent for Equity Investment

Click on 'Investment in Stock Market' or 'Equity Investment' and provide consent to share your details with Central Depository Company (CDC).

Select Broker

Select "MRA SECURITIES LIMITED" from the list of authorized brokers to handle your trading activities.

Accept Terms & Conditions

Agree to the Terms and Conditions for Investing in Pakistan Capital Market to initiate account opening.

What happens next?

Within 24 business hours of receiving your consent, CDC will process your information and you will receive an Account Opening Package comprising:

  • Trading Account with MRA Securities
  • Unique Identification Number (UIN)
  • CDC Custody Account
  • Activation of Direct Settlement Service (DSS)
  • CDC Web Access Credentials

How to Transfer Fund

You can transfer funds from your RDA bank account to CDC's designated bank account via the "Invest in Capital Market" option in your internet banking portal.

Login to your RDA Internet Banking Portal.

Select "Invest in Capital Market" and then "Transfer / Top up".

Funds transferred during trading hours reflect in minutes.

Important Note

For initial deposits, Rs. 5,000 is retained by CDC for broker commissions and IAS charges. This deduction does not apply to subsequent deposits.

How to Withdraw Fund

Withdrawal Process

  1. 1. Generate a withdrawal request through CDC Access Portal.
  2. 2. Specify the amount to be transferred back to your affiliated RDA Bank Account.
  3. 3. CDC processes the request and verifies available cash balance.
  4. 4. Funds are credited to your RDA Bank Account within 2 business days.

Turnaround Time

Withdrawal requests usually take 2 working days from the date of receipt to credit back to your RDA bank account.

How to Change Broker

You have the flexibility to change your broker at any time through the CDC Web Access portal. Simply login to your CDC account and navigate to the broker change section to select a new TREC holder.

Login to CDC Web Access Portal.

Navigate to Broker Selection.

Choose your new Broker (e.g. MRA).
