Penal Action
Details of penal actions taken against MRA Securities Limited.
- The Appellant Committee vide Order dated April 08, 2025 reduced the fine from PKR 782,898/- to PKR 737,149/- including adjusted appeal Fees of PKR 5,000/- and directed to pay the penalty amount of PKR 732,149/- (Rs. 732,521/- after adjustments) by PSX Under Clause 10.15 and 13.4.1.(a) of PSX Regulations.
- Penalty of Rs. 25,000/- imposed under Regulation 14.1 of NCCPL Regulations, 2015 on account of Inspection conducted under Joint Inspection Regulations dated April 03, 2025.
