Mr. Muhammad Farhan is a seasoned capital markets professional with extensive and diversified experience in proprietary equity trading, retail client risk management, and high net-worth portfolio management. He has played a critical role in navigating market volatility, particularly during the stock market crises of 2005 and 2008, where his prudent risk management strategies helped safeguard client interests and maintain operational stability.

He served as Managing Director of MRA Securities Limited from 2001 to 2018, during which he significantly contributed to the firm’s growth, strengthening its trading operations, and building long-term relationships with retail and institutional clients. His leadership focused on disciplined trading practices, robust risk controls, and client-centric investment solutions.

Mr. Farhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Karachi. As a Director, he continues to provide strategic guidance and oversight, leveraging his deep market insight to support sustainable growth, sound governance, and value creation for stakeholders.

Muhammad Arif Farooq brings over 31 years of distinguished service in Pakistan’s capital markets, having served as Manager – Trading Operations at Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX). He possesses vast and hands-on experience in the supervision of trading systems, market control mechanisms, system development, and technical feasibility assessments, playing a key role in the modernization of Pakistan’s securities market infrastructure.

During his career, he made significant contributions to several landmark initiatives, including the implementation of the Karachi Automated Trading System (KATS) in 1997, the transformation and operational strengthening of the Central Depository Company (CDC) and National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) between 1998 and 2001, and the migration of clearing and settlement operations from PSX to NCCPL.

He was also actively involved in the demutualization of stock exchanges and the integration of the three stock exchanges into a single unified Pakistan Stock Exchange in 2016. More recently, he contributed to the implementation of a new trading system at PSX after a gap of 25 years, further demonstrating his expertise in large-scale system transitions and market infrastructure upgrades.

Muhammad Arif Farooq holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Karachi. His extensive experience, deep institutional knowledge, and strategic insight continue to add significant value at the Board level, supporting strong governance, operational excellence, and sustainable development of the capital markets.

Mr.Haroon graduated from University of Karachi in 1989 in Commerce. He has 20 working experience of sale and Administration in Furniture industry. He is serving now at the post of Independent director of MRA Securities Limited. from February 2023
